A tasty dish that's really easy to make


  • 5g unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 spring onions, trimmed and finely chopped
  • ½-1 clove garlic, finely crushed
  • 250g pack Sainsbury’s closed cup chestnut mushrooms, washed and finely chopped
  • 150g basmati rice
  • 400ml Sainsbury’s Signature vegetable stock
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • Handful fresh tarragon leaves, finely chopped
