This recipe uses 6 peaches so that each adult has 3 halves. You may like them so much that you choose to bake more! 

Ingredients

  • 6 ripe peaches
  • 4 tsp light soft brown sugar OR 3 tsp runny honey (only suitable for children over 12 months)
  • Few drops Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Madagascan vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt

Tip

Peaches can also be baked in separate small, ovenproof dishes for meals at different times. Serve with good vanilla ice cream as a special treat.

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas 4.

  2. Cut the peaches in half, remove the stones and put the peaches into an ovenproof dish, add a drop of vanilla extract into each. Sprinkle over the sugar or drizzle over the honey and bake for 10-15 mins.

  3. Serve with yogurt.
