What's your favourite thing about summer?
I love all the great things you can do outside with the children – barbecues, picnics and camping!
Where would you go on your dream holiday?
I want to swim with turtles so probably the Maldives.
What's your favourite summer dish?
Roasted courgettes, red onions and aubergines with lots of olive oil on a bed of couscous.
Are you a whizz on the barbecue?
I always get distracted and burn the food! My favourite is barbecued halloumi!
